The Guided path OEE earned 1st place, with Express path placing 3rd in the study.

Our Online Enrollment Experience (OEE) offers our Group Annuity clients a quick and easy way to help eligible employees get enrolled in their company's retirement plan.

Eligible employees simply log onto the site using their Contract Number and Enrollment Access Number and select a path:

  • Guided path - enroll with access to education and guidance every step of the way
  • Express path - enroll in seconds by selecting from strong prepackaged contribution options

DALBAR's State of the Industry - Online Enrollment report measures the success of the efforts providers put forth in ensuring that they are offering nothing short of a crystal clear, engaging and seamless experience.
The study included a review of 23 Defined Contribution plan enrollment processes. It awarded experiences that were found to stand out from the crowd in their efforts to ensure that plan enrollees have a positive first impression that will drive them to completion of the process.
